The reason I have left a mediocre review is because I have tried on a number of occasions to chat but no one picked up. The reason I tried calling is because of faulty goods, this only came to light once fitted, as this is the case I’ve had to remodel my van to hide the fault. Weather you help me or not is irrelevant (which I’m not expecting) it’s to bring it to you’re attention that you have potentially a faulty batch of windows. If you reply fair enough if you don’t check you’re crafter side windows, both of mine are faulty. The problem is the window sliders are mounted out of line so they look like they are leaning forward.

Ordered a set of windows for my van, Citroen Relay L3 H2. Let down by DHL who said they had tried to deliver but that's untrue. The next day they delivered by windows but unfortunately one of them was broken. Reported this by email immediately, but the tone of the response was that they would look at this to see if they could send a replacement. Am I in the wrong that it's my fault that DHL probably broke the window when they unloaded and reloaded the window due to not tying to even come to my address.

Hello Simon, We do apologise for the inconvenience. I have looked into your support ticket and can see you had initially emailed in on the morning of Tuesday 24th October. Our logistics team replied to your query of where your parcel was and stated "If you encounter any more problems, please do let me know". Unfortunately one of your windows was damaged in transit to which you let us know about late afternoon. This was then passed on to our customer service team who had asked for images of the yellow label on the damaged window. We ask for this information so that we can send the correct window out for your replacement order. I can see that you sent these images at 16:27, unfortunately our customer services team did not see this before we closed at 16:30, however they are working through their emails and will be setting up your replacement order to leave us today. Once again we do apologise for the inconvenience of your original window being damaged in transit. VanPimps.

Web site says 8am open got there for 8.15 no answer!! Rang number and said open at 9 am finally got an answer after shouting through loading bay. 10 min later guy comes to me and takes my order , not very apologetic, told to go to loading bay be ready in 10 min ish . 20 min later no sign shouted again , store room guy said the order not sent down to him , another 10 Minutes gone ( this next point may be my fault but ) got home and they had transposed my order , could not be bothered to go back as had time limit to fit, so all in all bloody disgruntled!!!!!!!! But products good two side windows 1 opening and one fixed

Excellent seat cover product, fitted well but would recommend to remove all seats to ensure best fitment, product arrived on time and would recommend these van seat covers

Purchased 2 side windows for a Transit custom. Delivery was very quick even by NI standards. Quality of the windows very good and everything that was needed to install came supplied in the box. Will definitely be ordering .

Ordered 2 side glass for rear of sprinter/crafter. Delivered intact, well packaged, edge and between glass is foam/bubble wrap protected. Great quality to ensure my project gets what it needs first time. All my previous orders came similarly packaged. Well donr guys, as usual. ***** 5 stars. Chris Vidler

Great service and great products. Van windows arrived quickly and packaged very well. I got the fixing kit with the windows and found video on website on how to fit really useful. One suggestion and this isn’t a complaint is to add 1 bottle of primer per window. I fitted 2 windows a day apart and primer had set in bottle even though lid was secure. Managed to source some locally as I had cut hole by then so crisis averted. Would definitely recommend VanPimps Andy

Steering wheel cover takes a lot of time and effort sewing it together with needle and thread, spent 1hour lastnight trying to fit it and it’s still not finished.

I purchased a bonnet hood from these people. I looked at the picture and matched it to my vehicle ordering the cover. I did not read the print that said pictures for illustration purposes. So, when said hood arrives it doesn't fit. Contacted Van Pimps whose other small print says returns that are not their fault incur postage cost. Returns must be sent back in original undamaged packaging. Not impressed couldn't be bothered with the hassle and tossed the hood in the bin. Ordered the correct hood from someone else.

Items arrived quickly and packed well, the window kits are comprehensive and pretty easy to fit. Did find the trim removal kit wasn't man enough for the fittings on my van and ended up using a medium length flat crow bar as nothing else would shift them but that wasn't the fault of the kit as they didn't break just not enough leverage.

Fitted the perforated seat covers to my Peugeot boxer and completely transformed the interior. Had high expectations of quality and fit but still they were exceeded! Not sure if I missed a fitting guide in the box so had to figure out a few bits myself. Also the back seat covers fit better if the back seats are removed from the base but it's only 2 screws so not a big deal. You even get 2 types of headrest covers toake sure perfect fit. Had to trim the covers to accommodate my twin armrests but again not a big deal. So happy with my purchase, can't recommend them enough

Recently purchased and fitted 4 windows in my Vauxhall Movano (Renault master). Quality of product is good of both the vehicle specific and universal windows, the adhesive kits work well, you 1 tube per big window and you can manage 2 small universal windows to a tube. Packaging and delivery time has been excellent of both of my orders. Would I use again? Definitely if I decide to add a rear window.
