“Not as described advertised as E17 stamped E37 big difference.They charged me the delivery charges after misleading.”

Hello Nicolae, The product isn't affected by this difference in the E-mark and is still the same spec as per our product description and website. The number on the E-mark simply relates to the country in which the E-mark certificate has been issued. For our supplier this used to be E17, however it looks like this has since changed to E37. Although this doesn't affect the product and the E-mark carries the same weight throughout Europe regardless of the number, we are working to update our website accordingly and apologise for any confusion caused. “My running boards unfortunately arrived with a dent but you guys were reasonable and we came to an agreement for a discount so I kept them. The dent is not really noticeable now they're on the van so overall very happy with my purchase from you guys. Also you probably had to deal with me being grumpy as I'd already received a damaged set of boards from another supplier who were far less helpful dealing with returning and refunding me. So 10 out of 10 for customer service from me.”

“Citroen Relay L3 2015 Really pleased with the end result. Not the easiest instructions to follow but got there in the end once I worked out what bracket goes where! Received the side bars within two days if ordering. Excellent service. Would recommend VanPimps to any potential buyer.”

“Very good communication. Item was out of stock, but kept informed and only held order up by two days. Well packaged, comprehensive kit. Good reminders sent to unpack and check parcel on delivery - just in case! Very good quality windows. A recommended company to deal with.”

“Fantastic service all round, purchased three windows to fit myself, window fitting video was a very helpful aid, also prompt reply via email for a querry I had relating to priming Vanpimps windows prior to fitting (as I didnt do it as per video, but Vanpimps confirmed their windows are already primed so the glass bit only needs cleaning with the wipes as I had primed van). I would certainly recommend this company.”

“Arrived well packed and in perfect condition. Really easy to fit, just follow the instructions. Fitted 4 windows in 2 days, rear both sides and back doors. Look fabulous”
