“Hi ordered a full window kit for Ford Transit Custom. I ordered them over the phone and the girl was really pleasant and helpful. My parcels arrived a day earlier than expected. I've not fitted them yet but opened up and checked the parcels which were well wrapped and no damage. I tried all the windows in their positions and the all fit perfectly. The windows look great and were as advertised and I can't wait to fit them. Will post an other review when I get them fitted. As for Van Pimps I give them 10 out of 10 and would advise anyone to have confidence in ordering stuff from them. Great work folks and thank you for your service”

“Very pleased with the service VanPimps gave. The item l wanted was not in stock, they emailed me back when it came to stock. Phoned the order through very good operator, unfortunately the item was wrong when delivered but they arranged postage, sent proof the right one was sent straight out, very pleased”

“Didn't realise ordered l shape but wanted c shape,have been on holiday since Thursday 5th, was supposed to arrive Tuesday before holiday, but didn't arrive until Thursday, when I was on holiday,would have noticed my error before holiday,if it had arrived on time.”

“I bought the window deflectors for my sprinter. Arrived promptly although they didn’t send a tracking number so I had to wait for the courier to let me know on the day of delivery. Minor issue in the wider scale of things. The wind deflectors were great. Followed the instructions for fitting on the video on Van Pimps for the first window but fitted the second from the bottom upwards (so it slides into the top of the window then you deal with the front side. Much easier. All fitted in about five minutes. Super easy and really has made a difference to the wind noise at speed. Good quality product and would recommend.”

“Had two items of you asked to send one back as it doesn't fit my van even though your website says it will. Also ordered some front windscreen covers the front one is OK but not great and the side ones keep falling down the magnets need to be stronger. Also sent email and web form to return items but nothing back and its been well over a week.”

“I had a problem with my order where two nearside windows were delivered. I should have checked BEFOR E cutting out the offside window aperture! Vanpimps were great and expidited a replacement in quick time despite the fact I have already primed the second window. Can't ask for a better service.”

“Very good. Rear window and fitting kit for Vito 07 arrived promptly and well packed. Fitting instructions good. Fitting went well, there were plenty of consumables for what was quite a large window. It looks excellend. 5 out of 5, good service, thank you.”
