“Delivered on time and looks great ! Massive downside is you need to be Geoff Capes to open the sliding window and the missus has no chance.”

Hi Simon, Many thanks for your review. Unfortunately as the window is new they are all quite stiff to open for the first couple of weeks. As the opening and closing of the window increases it will of course loosen up and be much easier for both you and your partner. Please let us know if we can help with anything else. “I ordered a fixed privacy window for the sliding door on my MWB Transit MK7 2012 and I am super happy with it. It really is a beautiful piece of glass. Haven't fitted it yet, but checked the fitment and it is fantastic. Can't wait to fit it and upload pictures to VAN PIMPS! Also can't wait to order an opening window for the other side. Exciting times!”

“Was disappointed to have received a part that didn't fit to my vehicle, despite me checking prior to ordering that is was compatible. Returning the item involved a series of emails along with me having to provide photographic proof of vehicle I had ordered this for. Once agreed though, collection and return was swiftly arranged. Refund currently pending....”

Hi Peter, Many thanks for your review. Please accept our apologies that the item did not fit. Unfortunately our side bars do not fit if the vehicle has air con pipes underneath the van as the pipes are in the way of where the brackets would be situated. Creating a paper trail and also sending over images is just one of our procedures we have in place for returns. I can also confirm that the refund was processed on the 23rd September, back onto the card that you initially paid with. Again, please accept our apologies for this. All the best, VanPimps.
