“From the initial phone call to the ordering online - everything was easy and professional. The goods were dispatched very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend this company and they impressed me so much I am happy to write a review (which I don't usually do!)”

“Excellent service all round,ordered 2 sets of windows on a wednesday ,both were delivered on friday as advised.1 set was wrong due to my error but they took them back at their cost and refunded the money without any hassle.The set that was good I fitted following instructions supplied and they look great”

“Had a small problem with incorrect size windows sent, But I was so impressed by the way the team sorted it out and all done within the same day, amazing service, I had a fitter booked to fit windows and vanpimps bent over backwards to sort out, fantastic windows look great quality product, Highly recommended to all you can buy with confidence Wish all company's could give the same service. “Website really user friendly - uses pictures / arrows to point to part on van so you know you are ordering the correct item, checkout confirms all items in basket before order processed and delivery really fast, goods very well packed, Thanks Van Pimps, we have had the windows we purchased fitted today - they look great !”

“It would be very helpful if all photos of product on your website are up to date and fully represent the item for sale. I now have to return my goods even after several phone conversations about them prior to ordering.”

Hi Erol, Unfortunately there was an error on the images for the 2 different styles of Mercedes handle covers we do which meant you received the wrong ones, we have now rectified this on the website and will ensure you get the correct ones shortly. Kind regards - Vanpimps
