“Excellent service kept updated about delivery and was delivered on time.bonnet cover was very steady looks brilliant. Video provided explaining how to fix very handy. Also ordered a steering wheel cover video on how to fix was very good. Highly recommend thank you vanPimps. Will be using again and recommend to friends”

“Bought a set of curtains for my Sprinter van. The behind the drivers seat curtains and associated fittings were perfect whereas the behind the passenger seat curtain set was not as good. The rails that are required don't fit, they are too short and Van Pimps customer service seemed to think that it is OK to ask the customer to straighten the rail so that it does fit. They accept that the rails need to be modified by the customer but can't seem to understand that if the curtain set was (as advertised) made to be van type and size specific then they shouldn't need to be modified by the customer - they should fit. I had to straighten the rails that were supplied and this was not a straightforward or simple task. Come on Van Pimps, make sure that the rails supplied actually fit without the requirement to modify them”

Hi Robert, We're sorry to hear that you are not 100% happy with the curtain kit you have received. All of our side window curtains are made to be panel specific, however due to some of the vehicles having different variations, it may be necessary to slightly modify a curtain rail to achieve a perfect fit. We do state in the product description that modification may be necessary. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, however we are glad that you managed to get this sorted and the curtain kit installed in your van. Kind regards, VanPimps.

“Exceptional company to deal with. Product price and delivery all very reasonable. Delivery was super quick. Unfortunately the delivery company delivered a broken window that was replaced no quibble the very next day. Perfect company to do business with.”

“Service great an delivery time great too. Parcel was really well packaged possibly too well! It was to wind deflectors but the parcel was 1x2m!”

“Having purchased both forward side windows for my Ford transit Custom with no issues, I decided to buy the rear side windows to match. Unfortunately the rear O/S glass was deformed (too curved) & did not sit flush once fitted with the forward window. I sent an email immediately & made a phonecall. Email was answered very quickly & communication was excellent. A few days later I had a replacement delivered. I still have to remove the original glass but feel confident to recommend Vanpimps for their first class service. Thank you.”
