“Delivery was very fast and well packaged, the box looked like it had been dropped off at speed from the courier but the glass was still intact, so we’ll done van pimps. Fitting the glass was easy and the first job on the camper conversion. Now my van looks pimping, so a big thanks to van pimps 👍”

“I made a purchase of some side steps for my Vito ,I rang Van Pimps to enquire about fitting instructions only to be told I could not have the item as it was out of stock and would not be restocked . I then had to contact them 3 more times to enquire about a refund .not very professional I will not bother with Van Pimps in the future”

Hello Peter, you ordered a clearance set of side steps on Sat 28th October that unfortunately went out of stock the day before your order and we actually advised there was no point sending you the instructions as we couldn't supply the steps. (the instructions would've been in the package). We advised you on Monday 30th October that we didn't have the item and would issues a refund. You contacted us on Tuesday 31st October asking where the refund was and this was processed and back with you on Thursday 2nd November which was as quick as we could get the money back to your account. Sorry we hadn't got the item you ordered and apologies the money took a few days going through the banking system. Regards Vanpimps
