“I bought full set of windows for by Peugeot Boxer conversion, the quality of the product is excellent, all of the fitting kits were included and delivery was really rapid. I could not be happier with the finished result, my van looks super cool with the glass now fitted! Thanks Vanpimps!”

“After purchasing 2 x windows for an iveco, on arrival, no instructions of any sort, no templates. Sliding door you can follow framework, fits perfectly. Osf window is hours of measuring and making templates for the cut, for sliding window. Window was faulty, was replaced but meant hours of cutting out the original bonded glass. Response was poor. Do not buy the oversize iveco windows.”

Good morning Matt, Many thanks for your feedback and we are sorry that your experience with VanPimps wasn't the best. With regards to instructions, we do have a fitting video on our website as below and our customer services team are always available to advise. https://www.vanpimps.co.uk/van-conversion-window-fitting-video/ We also recommend test fitting the window or offering it up before fitting to your van and as you mentioned we did issue a replacement window for you as soon as we were made aware of the issue. We are still awaiting a reply on our customer support ticket 67619 as we are offering to compensate you with the cost of the tools to remove the faulty window, if you could kindly reply to the ticket number mentioned so we can discuss this further with you. “Can't fault the service, when my windows turned up, one of them was damaged, a couple of emails back and forth and another one was on its way. I've bought stuff from van pimps in the past and I've never had a bad experience.”

“Great company with great customer service! Shipping could of been a bit quicker but their after sales made up for it. One of our windows was smashed in transit and a replacement was sent out right away. Also made sure I had my other items from my order in good condition. Highly recommended!”
