“I ordered a full set of windows and fixing kits for a Renault Trafic 3 on the Saturday, and they arrived via their own delivery service on the Monday. Very impressive. Didn't get around to starting on them until the Thursday when I noticed that one window had a small chip on a corner (manufacturing fault as it was inside the shrink wrap). E-mailed Van Pimps and got a very quick reply. A replacement pane was on order within a couple of hours. It was delivered at the requested time a few days later. They even included some more wipes that I had asked for and a pack of sweets. I don't know how the glass compares to other companies, but it seems like very good value to me. The customer service is really good. Thanks to Shannon and Ollie who dealt with me. Highly recommended.”

Good morning Michael, Well first off thank you for the generous review and 5 stars! delivering the type of goods we do can be stressful for customers from time to time due to breakages etc, we always try our hardest to right all wrongs and make everything as smooth as possible. “The product was good and received extremely quickly. (Next day) Glue supplied was plenty for both windows with some to spare Rubber again more than needed and fitted easily.”

Hi Robert, I have been advised your package was damaged in transit and can only apologise for this, we sent out a replacement item straight away so hopefully everything is now resolved. We invest thousands in quality packaging materials but unfortunately sometimes couriers damage goods, sorry this happened in your instance. Regards Vanpimps

“Altho packaging was damaged and fixings were missing and had to be resent im still happy with the product but not overly happy with the brackets that hold the running boards on.”
