“Found Van Pimps services to be excellent, fast delivery and very good communication on back orders. Had to return an item which was refunded and dealt with quickly. Second van conversion I've used this company for, excellent products and great service.”

“The swivel seat base I ordered was delivered very quickly, packaging was slightly damaged but the seat base was intact with no damage. The only downside was that all of the instructions were in German. Not a major issue as I figured out the fitting of it via youtube videos.”

“I am on my second motorhome conversion, you suppiled windows for both delighted with quality and service, I also have ordered and received carpet quality is good too, down side not impressed how it was dispached had no packaging, and arrived in a crumpled mess, will still use you again in furture hope this helps t taylor”

“Brilliant windows for my van. Came with everything needed to fit. Packaged well and very reasonable postage costs considering I am on an island in Scotland, and very fast delivery too. Windows and postage much cheaper than other providers. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again! Brilliant service and products at a great price!”

“As with any company that deals with thousands of products there are bound to be a few things that are faulty, van pimps were recommended by my relative that uses them hence the reason I thought I would give them ago my problem was that I must have been the unluckiest first-time buyer because the 1st 2 products that came where damaged which left me somewhat disappointed. I must say though the quality of the materials where excellent if not for the damage which when I got on the phone to van pimps were very polite and understanding and very quickly sorted for me without any fuss which is in my eyes excellent and would recommend using them to anyone very very good team and company to deal with thanks derek”

“I purchased roof rails and sidesteps for my 2010 Renault Trafic. Both were reduced in the sale and came in at a fantastic price, way less than I have seen anywhere else. Due to the low price I didn’t have great expectations about the quality but both items are high spec top quality items. Fitting was a doddle and the rails and steps look absolutely fantastic. VanPimps customer service is top notch, from the regular communication, rearranging delivery to my work address and phone call from the driver when he arrived, I couldn’t have asked for more. I would highly recommend the items I bought and definitely recommend VanPimps what a great company to deal with - many thanks!”
