“Top quality item and service , the only shame is on eBay for giving wrong estimated delivery date ! They said Saturday , not the case as the company don’t do Saturday delivery’s ! As for the product and customer service well done , 10/10 eBay however 3/10 , so to summarise these guys are selling a high quality item but unfortunately being let down by eBays promises”

“Great product even though it was a little tight and the roof bars where alot shorter then the van guard ones so it made it a little tight when it came to fitting the roof stops and with these you really have to follow the instructions otherwise great service and really help full would recommend.”

“Hi I ordered 2 van steps online for a Peugeot Boxer and a Ford Transit 3 boxes arrived the 1st time with Roof Racks in them and one step I called and spoke to a guy called Alan who was very helpful and tried to resolve the problem he asked me to keep hold of these boxes and he would send out a new order which should have been 3 boxes only 2 arrived the 3rd box he had to find and then get it sent out again I know have 6 boxes in my Garage and none of them seem to be what I have ordered or I've it is I cant work out what box goes with what there are lots of brackets nuts and bolts etc but they were all loose in the boxes,I have orderedfrom this company before and had no problems this might be down to staff shortages etc I dont know but not sure how they will rectify this problem as I am still awaiting my order.”

“Ordered through ebay. They called straight after order went through to confirm van measurements, to make sure ordering correct roof rack. We miss placed a bracket setting it up, got in touch through ebay. They then called as soon as open and got one sent that day. Would 100% recommend them for quick delivery and superb customer services. Thanks again van essentials.”

“My son bought a new transit custom van for his new business and needed roof bars with rear roller for ladders I found Van Essentials on EBay and the price was good they arrived on time as promised the very next day it was fitted to the van by 0830am All parts had been checked off the list And with instructions assembly was simple Thanks Van Essentials”
