“I started off by looking online with regards racking our van, very easy to select and under stand website. Then i started up a online chat also very helpful and answered all my questions. I then called Alan the next day and placed my final order. Then my order came the next day. Very good and helpful people also the product is very robust. I communicated by live chat , email and telephone”

“I ordered 2 different items and only one arrived after numerous times calling the phone number a detailed message was left stating that part of my order had not been deivered and no one has been in touch regarding this, So as it stands I am currently hundreds of pounds out of pocket and still no dleivery or communication”
