“Just purchased a new rhino roof , back door ladder & ladder clamps . Spoke with one of the guys on a call as he noticed I had ordered the wrong roof rack .. very helpful man sorted it out for me .. have already passed on the details to a couple of friends would definitely buy from these guys again Stevie”

“I bought a Rhino roof rack for my new Vauxhall Movano and it looks great. Quality product. I dealt with Alan over the phone after I ordered online and found him very helpful and a really nice guy to talk to. I'll be buying a back door ladder as the van is higher than my Vivaro and I'll definitely be buying from Van Essentials without hesitation. Great company to deal with. Ian, Crianlarich.”

“I ordered a Roof rack for a Maxus Edelivey 3 and the delivery was on time (fantastic), when I opened the box there was brackets missing so I sent an email and was called back straight away the guy on the phone apologised and they was sent out Straight away and was received the next day I believe that a company should be judged on how they deal with complaints. In this instance they were fantastic and very responsive.”
