“I bought a Rhino KammRack, which is a terrific piece of kit, and chose Van Essentials based on quality of website, price and previous reviews. I received a call immediately after placing order to confirm correct fit for my Nissan NV200 van and the rack arrived next day. When I came to fit the rack I found a piece was missing. A replacement was sent immediately without fuss and arrived the following day. Great service and customer care. Nice people too! I would definitely recommend Van Essentials and will use them again.”
