“The engineer was excellent but he didn't have any filters on his van so he told me that when he returned to the office he would arrange for them to be sent to us. When they hadn't arrived four weeks later my wife called them and was told that they would mail them that day. When they still didn't arrive I called them and was told that when my wife called they thought they were in stock but actually weren't and they had been sent out that day. They arrived yesterday, over six weeks after the service.”

“Really good customer service. Technician friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Only criticism is that he did not have a new filter with him and although he requested one to be sent (early January) I have had to call and chase it. Hopefully it will be received very soon.”

“Excellent dealings with this company with both the engineering and administration departments, with courteous comunications keeping us informed on delivery and advise. Its a shame that there are not many companies who deal with cusomers in this manner in todays climate. Will definately call these guys first next time we need any of the services they provide.”

“Very disappointed with the Domestix - reported a problem on 28th January but had to wait a week for an engineer to come out to look at my hoover. Was then given false information from him. After several phones calls & still no definite date as to when I might get my order - I cancelled it. I ordered a new Gtech hoover on 12th and it was delivered on 13th February - 100% better service so far than I had got from Domestix.”

“Although domestix does fix the hoover it takes much chasing, waiting, rescheduling and reminding to complete the job. I wonder how quickly they would respond if my monthly payment was late or they had to chase me for payment. I cant imagine they would be as patient?”
