Hard to answer this question had a 20 min service last Monday 30th sept that I had to call up and ask for and still awaiting new filters 8 days later and I’m paying £7 a month for what???

1st appointment engineer never arrived between 12-17pm. Phoned@1830pm to advise he had been held up in traffic. 2nd appointment 0830-1200 engineer arrived@ 1440pm no phone call advising delay. Very disappointed with your company.

I was disappointed that the service man didn’t have the new filters with him. He said it was because he had been off. He said you will phone when the parts are in to arrange another visit but surely when you are doing an annual service you should have such basics as the filters with you. Very annoying that another visit has to be arranged.

You forgot to book my service in, I'd already started paying for next year when I had to phone you to book my service. You cancelled an appointment for yet another delay. I'll continue paying this year but you need to get to grips for my next service for me to continue.

I was disappointed overall with the cleanliness of the 2 machines serviced. I ended up paying much more than quoted for new filters etc which I’m sure I could have got cheaper online. The engineer tried to sell me all sorts of other services I was not interested in. I won’t use this company again.

A very Curteous engineer, Rang to give his arrival time and was spot on. Completely stripped the cleaner to check, and clean before re-assemble Would certainly recommend Domestic

The person making the booking in your office was told by me that a new door rubber seal was required for our Bosch ClassiXX 6 washing machine which was working well but the rubber has black mould on it. I prepaid £25. The engineer quickly solved the problem without any new parts he came as well to fix on our Dyson vacuum cleaner but when shown the washing machine said the person making the appointment should have asked for more details of the part number which is clearly shown on the inside of the door as he had failed to order the part so we had to pay £60 (£85 in total) and were given another appointment. The service engineer was very helpful and efficient but I do not expect to have to pay for another call out charge and hope it will be repaired next time.
