Very pleased with the service on my Dyson vacuums. Very polite young man named Ricky. Would not hesitate to recommend Domestix to people. Definitely five stars all round.

Was put out a bit that my repair took a month. Missed my dyson so much but everyone was so helpful and pleasant especially Emily who emailed me with constant updates. And the lovely young man who cleaned my oven on the 18th did a brilliant job. Welldone everyone

Your very nice salesman/engineer, Jake, came around to repair our Dyson hoover. He said the motor had gone and we could get a reconditioned one for £150. I paid a £50 deposit. Three weeks later when I'd heard nothing further from him or Domestix. I phoned up to inquire about our purchase. It could not be traced by the young man on the phone. He said that your manager, Emily, would follow it up and phone me back the next day. She didn't. Some two months after our original order Emily phoned with a breezy message (no explanation or apology) that our Dyson is now ready for delivery. I phoned back and explained as we had been waiting approx, 2 months without a hoover we went out and bought a new one. I demanded our £50 deposit back. Emily said she would return it (it arrived back in our account the next day) but there was NO apology, explanation or attempt on Emily's part to do any sort of customer relations to maintain the goodwill of your company. Bizarrely, after all of this, the Dyson was still delivered the next day!!! So Emily had not even bothered to cancel the order with your own driver. We have received an appalling level of service from your company. Never again will we use Domestix. [You did ask!]

You knew call was for a broken handle and told me one had been ordered but the engineer turned up without one and said he had just come to take pictures! Now you say you have to order the part and I have to wait fat further appointment. Not good service.

Took 2 telephone calls to find out why we had not had any information as to when the Hoover was being returned. No receipt or email sent regarding payment made to engineer for next years service. Whilst I do appreciate your going paperless, what proof the the customer have when handing money over to your company? I have had an invoice sent via email but once again had to request the document twice.
