“Jake was very polite and explained exactly what he was going to do and showed me all the parts removed from the hoover and put back correctly and was tested before leaving very happy in which the service was carried out”

“This is the first time I have used this company and I must say i was quite impressed with the service. They two servicemen came along were polite friendly and did a good job. However I felt pressured into taking out a service contract I didn't want and when I said no, the salesman persuaded me to buy filters at an extortionate price, which I only discovered after they had left and I googled the same filters from amazone for a fraction of the price. Very disappointed not sure if i will use them again. I did complain to the office but they gave than usual response of our filters are better quality.”
