“As a bonus the items arrived next working day despite opting for free delivery. Everything delivered in an extremely well packaged robust box. I used the web chat for my advice and guidance, which was hassle free and very responsive from the off. Furthermore, the advice given was tailored to my needs even when I queried if I needed a more expensive 8Mp camera, I was advised to stick with a cheaper model which is commendable and shows that the advice is genuine to ensure you get what you need and don't spend more than you need to. As a home CCTV system, the Hikvision camera and NVR were a breeze to setup. So glad I moved away from a QNAP NAS. The DS-2CD2343G0-I 6mm 4MP is extremely good in low light as recommended by Daniel and is a significant step up from my previous Bosch cameras. All in all a very good initial investment and I am now confident to replace the rest of my cameras with the Hikvisions. Absolutely recommend Use-Ip and will purchase again in future.”

“It was time to upgrade our 5 year old ailing CCTV system, only to discover there are now a bewildering number of options. So imagine the relief when we came across use-IP with a succinct, expertly chosen selection of scalable options. Their clear easy to navigate website gives enough info to make an informed choice as well as links to technical data if necessary. Each order we have made has been quick, efficient and delivered on time. We have also used their online chat helpline. Hikvision suffer from the common issues of inconsistent nomenclature and manuals that don't keep up with hardware developments. So when we had set-up issues the tech staff at use-IP were on hand (via their chat) to help us through and were genuinely interested in finding a solution. The scenario we had was a new to them, and linked to the hardware we use for remote viewing, so not directly linked to the services of use-IP, however although not able to solve the scenario, they requested that we keep them updated so that it could be added to their solutions base should others have the same problem.”

“I contacted use-IP with a query regarding a HIKVision NVR for the CCTV system at work. Unfortunately the item I wanted was discontinued and out of stock but the person I was speaking to advised they would look into whether one could be sourced for me. I received an email a short time later explaining that they were unable to find the unit and they suggested the newer version. I decided to go ahead with the purchase along with a rack mounting kit. The rack mounting kit I purchased was the wrong one but I arranged to return the item and was promptly refunded. All in all a very good experience and I will definitely be a returning customer when the time comes to upgrade our cameras.”

“I recently purchased a Milesight NVR and 2 cameras from use-IP. The order process is very straight forward and user friendly, and shipping was prompt. I had a few queries during set up and their forum is very helpful, and is regularly updated with useful product info. As a distributor for Milesight they have regular communications with them and are well informed on future software updates. Customer support is excellent and the staff seemed very knowledgeable and happy to help. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered a single camera for my home IP Cam / CCTV setup and following the good reviews on Use-IP, decided to go with them. Glad I did; unit came next day and is a good, highly recommended product (Hikvision 5mp turret). The reviews on their website on the camera swayed my decision and I am so pleased I am buying 4 more from them. Great service!”

“I've installed cameras at two properties over several years. In each case use-IP was the provider and they have been excellent. In particular providing good pragmatic advice on choice of product, focal length etc and subsequently support for software upgrade issues.”
