“The order was placed on sept 13th and until today the cap is not even shiped!”

Hi Tim thanks for your review. I've had a look into your order from the 6th September. The order placed was for a Print on Demand product (Parkfields NCAA) and these do take up to 10 working days for production as stated in the product details. We are expecting to dispatch any day now. I can see your correspondece from yesterday afternoon which was being actioned this morning.

“Ordered on the 8th of August through royal mail 48 delivery. Emailed them days ago looking for an update no reply, tried to phone. No answer. Only about an hour ago I received a message saying that DPD has just received my parcel. So looking like it will be around 9/10/11 days until I receive I would not have minded but the customer support wasn't great”

“Got a mystery bag for £40. Hat, t shirt and hoody. The t shirt was massive, the hoody tiny and it was a woolly hat which is the only thing that fits. I know it’s a mystery bag so it’s pot luck but a shame that the sizes aren’t similar there was a big difference between. Postage was quick”
