“The team at Urban Village had been so fantastic during the sell of my property. I met with Julie, then Ted and finally with Suzanne. Suzanne was very instrumentally in getting the sale to completion, I must give her credit, for her excellent work. She is truly fantastic, responding to all my calls and addressing all my issues and concerns promptly, also liaising with both sides during challenging issues to get the sale to completion. I chosen Urban Village, as I had seen a number of similar properties (in the East Dulwich area) on Right Move, that were advertised and sold by them and within a short period, so was mine.”

They are professional, competent, extremely friendly and helpful - unusual in most service sectors, but especially so in estate agents. It has been a very smooth experience and with low fees.
