“Suzanne at Urban Village supported us through the purchase of our first home. She was personable and we felt she was honest about the property and seller. We believe she represented us and our views and requirements well to the seller when that was needed. We were very happy with the outcome and are pleased to be settling into our newly purchased and refurbished home.”

“Suzanne manages a 3 bed flat for me and has been totally professional. My flat is in Southwark so this comes under the new HMO regs. When Suzanne first made an inspection whilst i was living there she was the only agent to mention the HMO regs and bought lots of documentation with her. When the council made an inspection (tenants in occupation) she organised this and actioned the councils report obtained quotes from her builders then telephoned me with the results. Due to high mortgage repayments the rental was too low to include the standard letting fees by other agents.Suzanne reduced her fees by a considerable amount as they are a new business.5.5% start 2% monthly 8% overall.The standard is 15% yearly. I have no hesitation in recommending Urban Village to any landlord.”

“Excellent service. Went into the property immediately. Marketed the next day. Tenants the day after that. Fast, efficient and excellent communicators. Paperwork sorted quickly. Emails replied too same day. Wouldn't use any other estate agent now Superb”

“Amazing service! Was so well looked after throughout the whole process - from viewing to signing. Little details that make it all pop are always just around the corner. Our lettings Agent, Suzanne Vincent, worked non-stop and on weekends to have us moved in to the apartment on the desired date - this involved staying late at the office on a Friday to allow us to sign the contracts and pick up keys after work. To top it all off, we received a bottle of Cava (bubbles are for celebrating) upon receipt of keys. Great advice in terms of acquiring gas/electric providers, signing up for council tax etc. We still get occasional emails with reminders of this, that, and the other further facilitating an easy and comfortable move-in. I would recommend this agency to ANYONE, as it is a diamond in the mud. Extremely rare to meet such service oriented, friendly, and helpful lettings agents in this City. Urban Village is the best!”

“Urban Village are a very professional, superior estate agent service that went beyond our expectations. Communication with Suzanne is always clear, helpful, friendly and responsive. We had some specific criteria which needed to be met when letting our two apartments - while some estate agents were quick to 'throw' tenants our way, Urban Village's approach is based on integrity and honesty - the team took time to qualify tenants to ensure they fit our requirements before showing them around. This resulted in a limited number of visits and all our criteria being met: a real breath of fresh air. Suzanne's approach is practical, proactive and productive.
