“Urban Village have been letting and managing my property for almost 10 years. I chose Suzanne because she was running a local, independent business and she developed a great report with me from the word go. Her service was professional, bespoke and I have always felt confident that my property is in good hands. Her business has grown over the years. The new staff that I've worked with have been equally professional and friendly. The team have been excellent at finding great new tenants when a tenancy has changed and they manage any issues with the flat quickly and cost effectively.”

“Urban Village stands head and shoulders above all other agents in SE London. After years of poor quality service, UV were recommended to me and they didn't disappoint. Really great communication and understanding from Suzanne and team. The main difference between UV and others is the fact there is no drop off in service from the sales/letting agents to the managing and servicing team. As a landlord, every other agent I've worked with in the past has sold the dream and then the "support" team couldn't care less. UV is different and that service level is retained throughout. I was so happy with them over about 6 years of lettings that I had no hesitation in asking them to sell the property when that time came.”
