“I recently used Urban Village to find a new flat to rent and have found their service to be outstanding and way above and beyond the service I have received from other estate agents in the past. “I thought that the service provided by Urban Village was organised and hassle free, the paperwork was delivered in a timely fashion and without a fuss, the letting agent that showed us round was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the property. The property we rented was by far the nicest property that we found on the market, and having looked around with numerous other Estate Agents, Urban Village delivered beyond expectations set by their competitors. This was not a one off, off the back of the way in which we were treated by Urban Village and the standard of the property we now rent, we recommended them to friends and Urban Village provided the same level of service to them.”
