“Purchased a Saltrock shirt as a gift from Urban Surfer, my husband liked it so much I ordered one for him. It was too big and had to be returned for a smaller size. Excellent customer service fro Dannii, arrived promptly and well packaged. I would thoroughly recommend.”

“Paid extra for delivery before Christmas. Still not here 30/12... So the problem was the delivery firm and not Urban Surfer who were very good at trying to sort it out for me, they even refunded my carriage charge without being asked. Will definitely use Urban Surfer again. The Nuvola Slippers are just a revelation in warm feet!”

Hi Yasmin. I'm sorry that you have not received your order due to the national Royal Mail strike which has affected every courier across the country. I'm sorry you've not received your order. I can't see any emails from you so you've not given us a chance to rectify this. There have been a number of Royal Mail strikes this week which has resulted in nationwide chaos and delays of around 3-5 working days. I will ask our customer services to reach out to you to see how we can fix this for you.

Hi Angela. Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you think the delivery time was slow. The estimated delivery date of your order based on the delivery method you chose (which was advised during checkout) was 24th November but it was actually delivered on the 21st November. We do offer express or next day delivery if you require faster delivery in the future.
