“Very pleased with the whole process. Ordering was easy & my parcel was delivered very quickly with no issues. I had never heard of Urban Surfer before (yes, I'm an old fart), so I did take the precaution of using my credit card to place the order & read the online reviews first. It all sounded good & I am pleased to confirm everything was fine. I wouldn't hesitate to use Urban Surfer again. Price was reasonable too, compared with a couple of other places that sold the same item.”

“The items and prices were great. Especially the offers that were on. I did have a problem with a wrong item being sent. But after speaking to the team they were very helpful and helped me arrange the return. As soon as they had it I received a full refund. Very good service and would definitely use again. It's getting harder to find these brands of clothes and this company has good selection and great prices.”

“The service was okay apart from the sizing advice. I have been a long time wearer of Calvin Klien underwear but wanted to check out Saxx. I followed the website’s size advice and ordered a pair of Saxx in size Large. I really wanted to like them and would have ordered another twenty pairs but unfortunately, they didn’t fit and they obviously can’t be returned because of underwear return policy. Waste of twenty quid.”
