“I purchased an item and had to return for refund, I haven't received refund and I have emailed 3 times to get order number to claim from Royal mail and your company can't even reply to an email”

“Returned 5 items out of 7 items on day of receipt due to fitting size issue - Email them straight after on the same day . No response in 20 days. No refunds processed. Followed up on email again - no response. Tried the number on their website . No one picks the call. Day light robbery. Order number #22812 - Refund still pending after over 20 days of returning the items. Avoid Urban Male Clothing at all costs.”

“I have been trying to get a refund from this company for 2 weeks. They have not responded to my emails, and have not answered the phone. They have have now blocked my number as well. This company is a disgrace, do not buy anything from them”

“Returned £100 of jumpers after ordering two sizes in each as want sure… phoned numerous times now - no answer. Emailed numerous times - no answer. Next stop will be to visit as I cannot afford to lose this money. I have proof of postage. Absolutely terrible service I am very upset to say the least. Seems only good reviews get an answer - let’s see if it’s true for this review too.”

“We received an order and one of the items was not suitable. This was returned with the returns label on the 16th October. We have left two voicemails, 2 contact emails via the website and one email direct. No one has responded to any of these. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I am now £34.50 out of pocket. It seems the service is good when delivering items but non existent when returning.”

“Order 21987 never arrived. I contacted them just to be told it had been delivered to my local branch, when I went there they said it had never arrived. I complained twice more and never got a response. Wouldn’t recommend, still don’t have my order and have wasted ages chasing it up and driving to my local branch.”
