Great company! Aircon is lovely and gets around the annoying "No mountings on the outside of the building" rule. Easy to deal with. On the expensive side but you get what you paid for, which is quality!

I have been very happy with the Panasonic air conditioning system that was installed by Urban Cooling. The flat is in a new build and can get very hot during the summer months, but the new system (one unit in the bedroom and another in the kitchen/lounge) helps to maintain a comfortable temperature. The system has helpful settings like fast cooling and a quiet mode for the night. It's also possible to start the cooling remotely, via a mobile app, when on the way home. The reason I didn't go for the full 5 stars is that there was damage to my floor caused by the installation team. Although this was disappointing, I was pleased to have been able to agree on a compensation, which I received without delay.

I can only positively rate my experience with Urban Cooling from the moment I contacted them to the installation day. They are also much better value for money compared to some of their competitors

We had been thinking about having air-con installed in our apartment for some time. looked at a view compaines and chosen Urban Cooling. Had a face time survey and was happy with the quote given. Being able to have an internal condenser that sat neatly in the loft is great. Works well for us and very happy with the installation. All professional, clean and tidy when finished. Great company and communicates well with the customer. Internal condensers are not cheap but well worth it.

The whole engagement with Urban Cooling is excellent, starting from video site survey, demo to installation and after-sales support. Not many customer hotline in the UK can match the service level of UC. I can feel that they understand their success is coming from happy customers. I have no issue to recommend UC to anyone who needs AC in London.

We got a unit installed in our bedroom and frontroom of a flat in London. We weren't allowed to have an external unit so Urban Cooling sorted us out with an internal one. Whole process was pretty pain free and they were very quick to resolve any issues. We had a quote from a competitior and Urban Cooling were much cheaper. Would recommend Urban Cooling to anyone.

Our new build flat, like many, gets uncomfortably hot inside for at least six months of the year and opening the windows just doesn't cool it down. Urban Cooling were able to give us air-conditioning using internal only systems - one of the only air conditioning providers in the UK able to do so. It's quite expensive compared to air conditioning with external units, but for us it's definitely been worth it as our flat is now a comfortable temperature throughout the year.

Before purchasing, I asked urban Cooling for a description (i.e. size and look) of the air conditioning system so that we could decide which one to go for in our small house. Unfortunately, when the unit turned up, it looked very different to the one I had been sent so we had to change our minds. After many conversations, they agreed to this and the installation eventually went smoothly. The system itself is lovely for cooling but a bit noisy for heating.

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your review, I am sorry you felt you could only give three stars. We will take your feedback to see if we can improve our service. I have spoken to the office about the situation, you initially requested information on a third party through the wall system, we sent you the specification sheet of the third party unit that the manufacturer provides. After your instruction to proceed we ordered the unit from the supplier which we have to pay upfront. On the day of installation, we bought the unit to your apartment and you told the engineers you did not like the look of the unit. We did therefore reluctantly offer you the installation of a different system, this was not to be awkward it was purely the fact that we were then stuck with a unit we had paid a considerable amount of money on and could not return. Urban Cooling wants all our customers to be happy with our service and therefore installed a conventional air conditioning system for you, whilst still to this day we have the original unit in our workshop. The installation was done quickly and the unit are working well. Little issues we have had: 1. One of our walls was damaged. They eventually fixed it. 2. The pipes coming off the cupboard unit were poorly installed - making our cupboard very impractical - it is now hard to use it as storage. 3. The WiFi connection of one of our units doesn't work.

Hi Charlotte, Thank you for the review, it is a shame we could not get 5 stars, we will review your feedback so we can provide a better service in the future. Can I just run through your points; 1. One of our walls was damaged. They eventually fixed it. - During installations, sometimes however careful a small bit of damage can happen, we are always careful and never mean to cause damage. We took responsibility for the minor damage immediately and requested that our professional subcontractor decorator come out to repair this free of charge. Unfortunately with any good professionals if they are good sometimes they get busy and we have to wait until they are free - I apologise for any inconvenience. 2. The pipes coming off the cupboard unit were poorly installed - making our cupboard very impractical - it is now hard to use it as storage. - I have just spoken to the office about this and we have not been made aware of any issue. If you had mentioned it we would have returned without any fuss to rectify the issue, I will get the office to call you now. 3. The WiFi connection of one of our units doesn't work. - We are aware of an issue of the wi-fi adaptor not connecting to your wi-fi back in September last year, after we sent out an engineer to take a look we have not heard anything back, so we assumed it was all rectified. If there is an issue we can come and take a look, sometimes it's a simple case of powering down the adaptor and turning it back on. I will get the office to contact you today, Regards Tony Ellerker Managing Director

2020 was so hot and living on top floor south-facing it was impossible to sleep at night hence decided to get an a/c in early summer 2021. Urban cooling seemed like a great option since they can offer installation without outside unit, which is a limitation for me considering I live in a listed property in Central London. In my online research Urban Cooling came up with a competitive price and their customer service team was great. I got 2 units, the installation took about 4 or so, the guys were super professional and efficient. Best of it all - when outside was 30 degrees, I had a nice 19 degrees temperature in the bedroom. This has been a real saviour.

Urban Cooling installed AC in our docklands flat in 2021, overall the service was good and the unit works as expected. There were a couple of things that required the engineers to return and put right, but service particularly from Lisa in the office was always prompt and efficent. The compressor was initially noisier than I had expected but UC provided some sound dampening foam and one we got the compressor boxed in with MDF in the airing cupboard all was good.

Urban cooling was very swift in responding to all my requests and questions and carried out the installation of an aircon unit on my top floor very smoothly. The engineers were very knowledgable and came up with some innovative solutions as I live in a conservation area.

The ideal solution for a flat, nothing unsightly on walls (just hotel style unit) then great cooling remotely controlled.

Really great company with very professional engineers. The air conditioning works perfectly and is extremely quiet. Only aspect to be aware of is running costs, which is quite expensive with regards to water costs.

Hi Tom, Thank you for your review. Please give me a call in the office, it is likely that your property has a very high mains water pressure and the AC system needs a pressure reducing valve to lower the pressure, this will also lower the amount of water going through the unit. I’m really pleased with the product and the installation. Being a gadget fan I love the Wi-Fi control and the ability to turn the unit on prior to arriving home. The unit itself is effective and the installation was a really neat (and quick) job. I’ve had the unit a year now - so far so good
