“I always prefer to try and buy British products. When Urban Apothecary London appeared in my Instagram feed, I knew I had to give it a try. I wasn't disappointed with the Smoked Leather room spray; it's right up my street! There's also a hand wash available, which will be my next purchase.”

“We stayed at a hotel in Cambridge and they had the products in their room. I rather liked them so ordered my own for our bathroom at home. Nice packaging, smells nice and reasonably priced.”

“I was introduced to Urban Apothecary London by a friend, she has the Fig diffuser and as soon as I got home I ordered one for myself, I just bought a refill for it and it arrived the next day, it's a tenner cheaper if you don't need the bottle again, and the reflll does come with fresh wooden things, whatever they're called, the scent is lovely and fresh and figgy and clean and doesn't smell claggy or artificial, just lovely and highly recommend it :)”

“Purchased the new Christmas diffuser . Had a sniff when it arrived although we won’t be using it until nearer Christmas. Loved it . If the quality is as excellent as the smoked leather and oriental noir , we will be very pleased !!!!! Best diffusers by far . Last at least 6 months (turn every week !) . House smells great , they don’t give us headaches & they are pet friendly”
