“I am still awaiting my parcel I had to change delivery time so item was going to be deliver to local pick up point. Not had an email to say it’s there and I’ve called there twice - it’s not there. Will be over a week now since original delivery date and I have no idea where my goods are”

“I recently ordered 2 Oud Geranium diffuser refills and 1 Verbena which are my absolute favourites! They also last for months. As usual, the order arrived within a reasonable time and I was happy to see that it included three free sachet samples of hand and body lotions. Really pleased with the great service.”

“We have had a few Urban Apothecary products in the past always gorgeous scents. Red Cedar I have not tried before and its a present so not yet opened to smell it. Hoping its as good as the ones we've had before. One bit of feedback I would give is that your postage is quite expensive. Beautiful stylish products though.”

“I was given a sample of the Oadh and Geranium hand and body wash. Fell in love with the rich scent. I ordered the full size bottle and lotion. Communication was quick and delivery was fast. I love the products, the scent stays on my hands for a long while. It was my first purchase but I'll be back for more. Thank you.”

“The product came very well packaged. This was a new scent for me, i had previously received candles from this company and was impressed by the potency of the aromas. I am really pleased with the quality of the coconut hand wash and lotion, as well. I will be ordering again!”

“Fantastic company with products that really deliver. Such beautiful scents, my home smells like a sanctuary. People always check before they leave that they have the name of each product. I would just say that the packaging needs rethinking but that won’t take much thought to turn this company into one of the best.”
