“Recently placed my first order with Urban Apothecary and bought the surprise box. Such a delight! I’m so far happy with all the items in this box. It’s a very good chance to try out different scents and adds a little bit of excitement to your shopping experience 🥰. Will consider buying the Feb box as well. Hopefully it’ll continue to be well balanced and great value!”

“The delivery was super fast and products were perfect and as described. However, it would have been nice if we were consulted what scent of the complimentary gifts we would like (if applicable), and also would be great if there are options for different sized bottles and/or refills (also if applicable).”

“I am very happy with urban apothecary as itself, however I am upset that I was charged extra 30.- Dollars by dhl after the products being delivered. Not because of the amount, but because it was never mentioned when ordering. It opens the question for me, why to order from your online store directly and not from a local company.”

“Order placed. No info about import taxes. 36 eur I had to pay on an order valued 114 eur. 2 emails to customer service. Never received an answer. Will never purchase from them again.”

“Wasn’t going to buy because I thought it was too expensive, but I bought Red Cedar anyway simply because my daughter had it in her home and she had said that it absolutely lasted for ages - so in the end very good value for money and a wonderful natural aroma. Love it!”
