“I chose the Oudh fragrance tea lights the smell is delightful but unfortunately the wicks are too short so can go out and need relighting which is disappointing. Also the plastic case can get very hot. Expensive too.”

“Recently placed my first order with Urban Apothecary and bought the surprise box. Such a delight! I’m so far happy with all the items in this box. It’s a very good chance to try out different scents and adds a little bit of excitement to your shopping experience 🥰. Will consider buying the Feb box as well. However, it would have been nice if we were consulted what scent of the complimentary gifts we would like (if applicable), and also would be great if there are options for different sized bottles and/or refills (also if applicable).”

“I am very happy with urban apothecary as itself, however I am upset that I was charged extra 30.- Dollars by dhl after the products being delivered. Not because of the amount, but because it was never mentioned when ordering. It opens the question for me, why to order from your online store directly and not from a local company.”
