“Bought tea lights and refill for diffuser. I just love Urban Apothecary products. Yes you pay a bit more but the candles and diffusers last much longer than others I’ve purchased so worth it. Never been disappointed with any of the scents but my current favourite is black viper!”

“I absolutely love the green lavender hand wash, I’m always on the look out for something a little special for the downstairs bathroom and this is just perfect. When it runs out I’ll be ordering again.”

“Was gifted a candle for Christmas 2021 (Fig Tree), and loved it so much that I decided to buy candles for my family this year (Lavender). Along with the candles I ordered, I was gifted a free 3-piece set of Body Wash, Body Lotion and Hand Moisturiser; and they have been amazing and smell stunning (Oudh Geranium). Will be restocking the full-size products in the new year.”

“I first bought the Red Cedar candle a few months ago and was very impressed by the longevity and persistence of its fragrance. This is a clean, woody aroma, with a touch of spice, which continues to fill a room for a day or so after the candle has been blown out. Even when only a small amount of the candle remains, the fragrance is still as potent.”

“I am still awaiting my parcel I had to change delivery time so item was going to be deliver to local pick up point. Not had an email to say it’s there and I’ve called there twice - it’s not there. Will be over a week now since original delivery date and I have no idea where my goods are”

“I recently ordered 2 Oud Geranium diffuser refills and 1 Verbena which are my absolute favourites! They also last for months. As usual, the order arrived within a reasonable time and I was happy to see that it included three free sachet samples of hand and body lotions. Really pleased with the great service.”

“We have had a few Urban Apothecary products in the past always gorgeous scents. Red Cedar I have not tried before and its a present so not yet opened to smell it. Hoping its as good as the ones we've had before. One bit of feedback I would give is that your postage is quite expensive. Beautiful stylish products though.”

“I was given a sample of the Oadh and Geranium hand and body wash. Fell in love with the rich scent. I ordered the full size bottle and lotion. Communication was quick and delivery was fast. I love the products, the scent stays on my hands for a long while. It was my first purchase but I'll be back for more. Thank you.”
