“Spent 9 months and a few hundred ££ on a lighting problem (in short led’s-low voltage transformers -halogen bulbs -Dimmers) Gave up on trying to find a solution.. Found these guys One phone call 20 min wait for a call back Total solution (Parts 40% less than amazon) 48h delivery. Amazing friendly service With a real person on the end of a phone!!! Awesome company”

“I was very impressed in the way my order was dealt with, plus receiving a call thanking me for my order and informing me when the new shade would arrive. It’s looks brilliant up as a ceiling light shade, it was true to the description, I’m well pleased with the final out come from decorating the bedroom and the shade compliment the room. I’d recommend using this site to friends etc. Thank you”

“Good value light which is fairly plain looking and gives off a decent glow. Have to say that the service from universal was excellent, they acknowledged the order with a courtesy call and arranged delivery exactly as advised. Very impressed and will be using them again.”
