“These lampshades are absolutely first class in all aspects. The quality, the style and the workmanship. As for the service, well, I've dealt with a lot of sales people in my life but none as friendly and as efficient as the people at Universal. Anyone wanting light shades or fittings I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you George.”

“VERY impressed with the customer service, Eddie spotted I hadn't ordered a holder for the shade and emailed me to ask me if I needed one - I did. :) The lamp shade itself is just what I wanted and have been looking for and delivery was very prompt. I'd definitely use this company again.”
