“Excellent customer service ; had a query with delivery and phone was answered straight away with very helpful lady who answered my question. Delivery very quick (even under the Covid-19 circumstances) and product good quality ; overall very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend. Would always buy again from this company they are a credit to our country.”

“I placed an order for this shade. After ordering I had to change the delivery address and telephoned to arrange this. I spoke to a very pleasant helpful man who said this was no problem. The shade arrived in good time and I am very pleased with it. It suits my room very well and is good quality. Good company to deal with and nice products, so I have just ordered another shade.”

“These lampshades are absolutely first class in all aspects. The quality, the style and the workmanship. As for the service, well, I've dealt with a lot of sales people in my life but none as friendly and as efficient as the people at Universal. “VERY impressed with the customer service, Eddie spotted I hadn't ordered a holder for the shade and emailed me to ask me if I needed one - I did. :) The lamp shade itself is just what I wanted and have been looking for and delivery was very prompt. I'd definitely use this company again.”
