“This is the first time I have used Universal Lighting and I am absolutely astonished at the high level of customer service. It is outstanding and I am amazed to find a company that genuinely values it's customers and keeps them up-to-date every step of the way. I thought this level of customer care had disappeared completely in the UK but not so with Universal Lighting. I would highly recommend them and will always use them in the future.”

“Very pleased with the Henley Industrial Style Ceiling Pendant Light Shades. They give a modern update to my living room. Very prompt service from Universal Lighting. I was telephoned by one of the team to thank me for my order and tell me it was ready for dispatch and that I would receive a tracking notification. An online service with a personal touch. I have used Universal Lighting before and have always found something suitable from their stock. I would definitely use Universal Lighting again.”

“I absolutely adore these lanterns! Money well spent; as they are that well made and so beautiful - they will out last the cottage! Thank you, too to Universal Lighting. A superb company. “Very stylish lamp. Looks great in situ. Customer Service EXCELLENT. I didn't order the correct bulb for the lamp. I was contacted and advised so the correct bulb would come with the order. Universal Lighting will certainly be my go to place when shopping for lighting. Thankyou.”

“The chandelier looks great and suits the style of our room. I have to add that the service from Universal Lighting is incredible! They're friendly and so helpful. I called to ask questions before my order and they sorted it. They called me after I placed my order to update on delivery too. Delivery was quicker than I expected - 48hrs when other places quoted weeks or months! I'm usually nervous of using company's online but these guys are great and their lighting is good too!”
