“Really lovely lampshade - the photos on the site are excellent and show this very well. I find it a very attractive semi-update to my old-fashioned bell style that was slowly disintegrating (it had fringes!!). The team at Universal Lighting are fantastic, very friendly and efficient. Despatch was fast and accompanied by lots of updates. The lampshades were packed and protected very well - highly, highly recommend the company! Will definitely be looking to shop from them again.”

“I wanted this lantern with a Red flower to match an existing lantern that I had. Following my on-line enquiry, Mark came back to me within 24 hours, I placed the order and was advised of the lead time, Chloe contacted me when it was ready and within 24 hours I had my lantern - so impressed I immediately ordered another one - great service from start to finish - can really recommend this company for customer service and doing what they promise on their website - order with confidence.”

“I haven't yet opened the boxes and checked the contents but I have to recommend you on your delivery company. I had an email with a window of an hour for delivery and a identifying photograph of the gentleman with a map and where he was, very helpful.”

“The light fitting that we ordered is lovely and we're really pleased with it. It arrived well packaged and exactly as described. The delivery was delayed slightly but we were kept well informed. Unfortunately one of the glass shades broke whilst being fitted. I was very frustrated by this and posted a review to reflect that. Within minutes, I was contacted by Debbie who apologised and immediately offered to send a replacement shade, explaining how important complete customer satisfaction is to the company. I cannot fault customer service like that so would definitely recommend Universal Lighting to anyone.”

“Still not received the light bulbs yet DPD seem incapable of delivery, now surprised to be this afternoon. They say nobody to sign for at the address, it’s a pub open all day every day. So only a week now let’s see what happens today.”

Hello Nigel, I'm disappointed that our preferred carrier have not delivered to you yet. We have despatched your order in good time to the delivery address provided. I have been in contact with them today to find out what the problem has been, I notice that the name of your pub wasn't included when you placed your order and you have since corrected this with them, hence the delay. I'll be in touch with you today to confirm your parcel has been delivered.
