“This Company’s Customer Service is outstanding even rang us the Day after we put the order in.We was told when it would be posted out to us thanking us for our order also who it would be Delivered by.It turned up well Packed very happy with the light. If we need there Service again will be going back to them.”

“This light was exactly what we were looking for and had struggled to find anything sinlar on the high street. Great quality for a really good price and it arrived well packaged and in very good time. 10/10 from us and now hanging pride of place in our dining room!”

“Great lights and even better service. I was aware that they had a longish lead time when I ordered them but Chloe contacted me to check that I was aware that I would have to wait several weeks for delivery and Chloe and Debrah sent me weekly updates. Very impressive. I will certainly use Universal Lighting Services again and will have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you.”

“I am so pleased with the Lamp Shades. Great quality. All individually wrapped and in perfect condition. Great customer service. A nice thank note letter with the bill was a great touch. I will definitely be using them again in the future for my bedroom lighting.”

“This is the first time I have used Universal Lighting and I am absolutely astonished at the high level of customer service. It is outstanding and I am amazed to find a company that genuinely values it's customers and keeps them up-to-date every step of the way. I thought this level of customer care had disappeared completely in the UK but not so with Universal Lighting. I would highly recommend them and will always use them in the future.”

“Very pleased with the Henley Industrial Style Ceiling Pendant Light Shades. They give a modern update to my living room. Very prompt service from Universal Lighting. I was telephoned by one of the team to thank me for my order and tell me it was ready for dispatch and that I would receive a tracking notification. An online service with a personal touch. I have used Universal Lighting before and have always found something suitable from their stock. I would definitely use Universal Lighting again.”

“Very stylish lamp. Looks great in situ. Customer Service EXCELLENT. I didn't order the correct bulb for the lamp. I was contacted and advised so the correct bulb would come with the order. Universal Lighting will certainly be my go to place when shopping for lighting. Thankyou.”

“The chandelier looks great and suits the style of our room. I have to add that the service from Universal Lighting is incredible! They're friendly and so helpful. I called to ask questions before my order and they sorted it. They called me after I placed my order to update on delivery too. Delivery was quicker than I expected - 48hrs when other places quoted weeks or months! I'm usually nervous of using company's online but these guys are great and their lighting is good too!”
