“All staff are always friendly, professional and helpful - I have experience both excellent customer service and extremely poor service, and I can say that the customer service I receive from Unbolted staff each time I am in contact, is excellent.”

“Unbolted helped me when I was in need of extra finance by allowing me to take a loan against my precious jewellery without losing any of my jewellery and I have the ability to renew my loan if I am not in a position to pay off the loan in full. An added bonus is that the staff are always so friendly and helpful I will definitely use them again if I need to.”
