“We ordered a shower tray \ base - after a week, I rang them to ask for an update, I eventually got through to Adam, he couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately we needed the base in a hurry, after investigation Adam told us that ROCA weren't dispatching for weeks, we couldn't wait that long - Adam sorted us out a refund right there and then! THANK YOU ADAM! For us, personally the customer service was 5 Star and we really appreciate the quick refund - Kind Regards - Olivia.”

“so I placed an order for the wrong item (my fault) and did see some poor reviews online I contacted the company and got a call back directly from the MD who helped me source the exact item i needed and at a better price The feeling i get is this is quite a lean organisation, trying to keep costs down to keep prices down, but the personal service where i made the error was most appreciated, and i would definitely shop with this company again”

“We ordered and paid for a Geberit part in May 2024. Adam was extremely helpful in helping our selection of the product, but had to order the part in direct from Geberit. Unfortunately this took a while to arrive; and in the meantime we managed to source the part elsewhere. Again, Adam has been helpful and understanding, and arranged for a refund. Excellent communication throughout our exchanges.”
