“We ordered an Ideal Standard bathroom sink (to replace a damaged one) and had it delivered today, all in good order. It was very helpful to be able to track the driver - and therefore the approximate delivery time - and we're pleased to have it, purchased at a fair price. But...it hasn't been a smooth end to end process. We had to change the original delivery date to ensure we would be in and verbally agreed Monday this week. No sink, phone call/s to see what had happened, apparently they only deliver to our area on Tues and Thurs. So it will be Tuesday then. Yes. Well, actually no and the first we knew it would be today was the early text and email to say it was coming. OK these things happen, but what was disappointing for us was that I left three phone messages asking for someone to get back to me and tell me what was happening: no response. I also made several unanswered calls to the contact number during office hours. So, we are relieved to have our order, but cannot rate Unbeateable Bathrooms higher than 3.”

“Very pleased with the products I purchased. Website didn't show 'out of stock' for one item when I ordered and paid. Having said that Adam from Unbeatable Bathrooms did phone me twice to inform me and keep me updated. However it did take a month before I received the order.”

“took about 6 weeks to ship a part that was in stock and were vary hard to hold of by phone or email. but. when it finally arrived it is a genuine part and a reallt good price.”

“They're super quick to provide a quote. BUT. Could never contact them. Joiner was fantastic however, left a paste footprint on the floor, didn't provide a non-slip shower base. Didn't finish all the small details. He was extremely frustrated due to wrong delivery of product and had to spend his own money. Don't worry about the guarantee - there isn't one. Still haven't heard back from them!!”

“I called the bathroom company to check if I ordered the item on the Monday it would come by the Friday. I was promised it would but unfortunately after much chasing the item arrived the following Monday which meant I had to postpone the plumber. The item was in perfect condition which at least was better than the previous bathroom company where it arrived damaged. Overall I'm pleased with the product and the fact I could order only the part I needed and not the whole toilet. Earlier feedback on delivery would be good.”

“I ordered a Ideal Standard basin and pedastal on the 14/6/19 from Unbeatable Bathrooms, the items were delivered on the 18/6/19, once opened, one item was found to be smashed. I tried ringing Unbeatable Bathrooms several times, but the phone was never answered, I then followed this up with an e-mail and photographs of the damaged item, but received no reply. I have today (11/7/19) resent the original e-mail and have now received a refund for the smashed item. Its hard to understand why my origianl complaint wasnt dealt with as quickly.”

“Nice website, authentic goods, good prices. Unfortunately, their delivery company let them down by delivering two toilets on the wrong date and then were very slow to re-organise. Staff at UB's are great and very helpful, but would suggest changing their delivery company?”
