“Unfortunately having ordered, I was contacted 2 weeks later to be told what I had ordered was actually out of stock and had been erroneously showing as in stock on the website, however more stock was coming if I could wait a couple of weeks. After three and a half weeks I finally contacted via phone and had to leave a voicemail asking for the order to be cancelled. 2 hours later I was sent a dispatch note. I have now received a request to review the order - which never arrived. Beyond disappointed and unfortunately an all around negative experience. I am £200 lighter, online tracking interface shows the order still being prepared and now I have been asked to review for a product I haven’t received. Cannot recommend.”

“I placed an order, which didn't arrive. I rang to find out what the delay was, to be told they no longer stock the item so I wouldn't get it, but they'd process a refund. One week later I have no item and no refund, and nobody ever answers the telephone. Good luck using this company, terrible in my opinion.”

“What a joke of a company! They don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to voicemails and don’t respond to email. This company is so hard to get hold off once they have you money and now I don’t know what else to do. All I want is to get an update on my order that iv had no communication about! Do not order from these”

“Absolutely shocking customer care! I ordered a shower arm, which took over 2 weeks to arrive. The fitting was not strong enough, so I immediately sent an email asking to return it. 5 emails, constant instant messages and at least 12 phone calls (non of which were picked up or replied to) over 10 days and I just sent it back. This was a week ago and I still haven't heard anything..! I now have no arm and no refund. AVOID!”

“Poor customer service. Ordered expensive product 8 days ago not had any delivery correspondence. Have emailed twice no response, rang left voicemail and been on the chat on website! No response! Feel like I’ve been scammed! Upset because this is a lot of money and their website stated 3-5 working days, I should had my product yesterday! It’s not even been acknowledged when track it!!!”

“This firm took 10 days to tell me that they couldn't provide what I had ordered from their website. Emails and phone messages failed to provoke a response until I left one saying that unless I heard I would be consulting Trading Standards - then got a very quick phone call from Adam to explain that the unit I'd ordered was not made! He offered an alternative but after this experience I just asked for a refund which, after a delay, he said he had made into my paypal account but they couldn't trace it. Eventually I put it in the hands of paypal who dealt with it and got my money back. All in all hopeless service so couldn't recommend this firm on any level.”

“I placed an order for a basin with a promised delivery of 2-5 days. Weeks later and I'm still waiting. Phone calls, voicemails and emails left unanswered. I'm going to have to try and claim through my bank for the money to be returned. Shocking service.”

“I made an order 5 months ago, no communication not answering their phone. Not responding to emails. I had to claim it back through my bank. I can’t believe I trapped to it again. Searched on google, was a good price and good reviews and put another order, completely oblivious of previous order. I am trying to contact them no response. Today I searched my emails and found current transaction and previous transaction were same company!! I have to go through same process again.”

“Bought an expensive mixer tap from Unbeatable Bathrooms, but it has developed a fault. I've been trying to contact them now for the past 3 weeks by phones calls (where I've left messages), using their online chat, where it leads you nowhere, and have emailed them, to which they've never bothered to reply.”

“Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. My item didn't arrive when expected. I managed one phone call when I was told it had been out of stock, but that the warehouse was shipping out that day. This clearly was not true, because the item still didn't arrive. I emailed, whatsapp'd, tried calling (even when I was on holiday!). Eventually I received the same item via Amazon, but with no notification from UB. I can only assume it was from them. Had the item been high value I would have been extremely worried. But I had many weeks to come to terms with the prospect of losing a small amount of money. Still not good, though.”

“Paid for shower tray 3 weeks ago but has still not arrived, no communication, have tried to contact via phone, email and webchat to no avail. Not sure if they have gone bust or just shocking customer service!? Had to raise a claim via bank but could take months to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”
