“DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I'm a tradesmen builder and been in this business for nearly 30. This company is by far the worse I had dealt with. Staff on the phone are very polite but it's just to cover this company's level of incompetence. They just keep on waiting and waiting on their promises to deliver, where they couldn't even know where the item they sold me was at. Full of empty words. I've paid £411,00 for a top of the range toilet for a high profile customer, that now just told me they will never use me again. As they don't have working toilet as promised. I am really angry with the way they simply took my money and did not deliver it. I will certainly take this further”

The original delivery date provided by the warehouse has regretfully been pushed back slightly. We're working on getting an accurate update from the courier as soon as possible. Our delivery estimates may vary by product. It appears that your order was placed only last week. In most cases, delivery is made within 5 working days but unforeseen circumstances may extend this timeframe. “Unbeatable Bathrooms were extremely helpful at a time when replacement units for our Refurbished Bathroom were taking too long to arrive due to supply issues elsewhere. Adam and his Team ensured that our 3 ordered items came as promised even sending one delayed item by special delivery to minimise delays. Our Builder still has to fit the Shower Enclosure this week but so far everything looks intact and good. Would not hesitate to recommend this company who go the extra mile!”

“An Exemplary Service. I was looking for a particular rimless toilet by RAK. The date they were due in stock kept changing and Adam suggested he could send me info on other rimless toilets of the same height, which he did. I finally chose a Britton on his recommendation which was delivered successfully in a matter of days. He was also able to match the price, which I was very pleased about. On unwrapping it I am very happy with the quality. Adam was extremely helpful, if sometimes a little OTT, but he was able to solve my problem and went out of his way to find an alternative for me. I'm now waiting till my plumber is available to fit it. Thank you very much Adam for all your help.”
