The item I bought was supposed to be for 1 - 2 days delivery time but turned out not to be available for several weeks so I had to cancel the order. I must say though that they arranged a refund quickly and were easy to deal with. I can’t give them a good review as I never saw the product

I ordered the item two weeks ago and it still hasn't been dispatched. I've had no communication from the company. When I sent a follow up email asking for an update there was no response.

As stated on our site, we are only able to refund the return delivery cost where goods are supplied to the customer in an incorrect (i.e. the goods received are not what were ordered by the customer), faulty or damaged condition. Paid for product however after a few days an employee contacted me to say it wouldn't be available for over a month despite still being shown as in stock at that time.

As a trade customer I decided to use them as I needed the items as as possible and delivery as stated at the time was 3-5 working days. Order was placed on the 05/08/2021 items got delivered (damaged) on the 20/08/2021. Toilet pan and basin both broken, incorrect cistern supplied, apparently it was the correct cistern even though on the actual invoice the image attached was different. The delivery was rejected because of the damage on the 20/08/2021. I was not keep update on the progress of my order. I called up on the 21/08/2021 to inform them of the damage as the incorrect items and was told the the correct was correct regardless of what image was displayed on my invoice and that a refund couldn't be processed as I had received the items even after I had mentioned that the delivery was rejected. I was then informed that a delivery would only be processed once the items were returned to their warehouse. I sent further emails to further emails and have still not received a response to my emails from the 20/08/2021 and the 21/08/2021. Really bad experience and as a trade customer I will not be using this company again due to this experience and wouldn't recommend it to any other trade customers.

We've taken a look at your order and can see that the cistern selected by yourself was a concealed cistern - not ceramic. Therefore, you have received the correct item. We sincerely apologise for the items damaged during transit and for any inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, despite being delivered via pallet to reduce the risk of damage, we can never guarantee that damage won't occur during transit. After notifying us of this, we offered a replacement for the toilet pan and basin the next working day. We are now waiting for the items to arrive back with us from the courier. As soon as the items have returned and have been inspected, a refund will be processed. Finally, our 2-5 day delivery is an estimate, based on average delivery times as stated on our site. Definitely not "unbeatable". On the website, estimated delivery date was 2-5 days, but was not received until 3 weeks after ordering. When it arrived, one of the screw head caps was the wrong size. I asked for a replacement part, when that finally arrive it was still the wrong size and made of plastic not metal like the others. I asked again for a replacement part and was told that this was not possible so would I like to return the item. Very poor customer service from a lack of transparency, slow comms, and misleading website descriptions. Not impressed.

Your website gave the impression the item was in stock, but six weeks later and no further forward, I cancelled my order. Numerous false promises were made to confirm you were expecting the item the following day, but these all came to nothing. Your staff were polite and apologetic, but I felt my issue was not being escalated or dealt with properly.

Screen ordered for the bath was the wrong shape. I ordered a curved screen to match the Sottini bath but it was the wrong shape. The delivery was very poor. I was left with the delivery and pallet with three wooden sides in the middle of the road in the rain. I had to break the pallet and wooden sides down and then sweep the road of nails and splinters. To then find it was the incorrect screen is very bad. I would not use this Company again no matter what. Thoroughly disappointed.

Sink arrived without overflow parts. In description it was no comments wath require additional parts.

I ordered my shower tray on the 7th March and still have not received it to this date - I had an apology and a promised delivery date of a week ago but still no shower tray - tried sending more questions as to where is my shower tray and still as no response - really disappointed and I can not afford to lose that type of money.

First and last time to purchase with them, web site told me items were in stock and I would get them in 2 to 5 days nearly 3 weeks later I received them after many phone calls and emails not impressed.

Your high transport cost to Glasgow, which is closer to you than both North Berwick and Penzance in England makes you uncompetitive here. Why you include the whole of Scotland in your additional costs after you advertise “Free delivery to mainland UK” is also misleading until one is ready to pay.

Two basins (one and the replacement) arrived broken, these were refunded. Taps took two weeks to arrive, one out of stock I got cheaper on eBay and it arrived in 2 days.

I have bought several items for my bathroom as we were doing the house refurbishment. From the beginning everything was fine and the customer service was good. The problem started when we received first delivery of Grohe products worth over £1000 as some items arrived in damaged packaging and without fittings and missing parts. The retailer responded to this issue with disbelief and it took a lot of telephone calls to arrange the replacement. After 10 days we have received a replacement for all Grohe items. We have also ordered a vanity unit with this order which unfortunately, has been delivered completely smashed at the bottom. The delivery has been accepted by the builder who that time was doing some building work in my property. The unit together with the sink cost me £492. The builder only opened the top cover of the packaging and everything seemed to be fine. Nobody could think that the bottom of the unit was completely smashed and some brackets inside of the units also have not been fully fixed to the frame. As we were dealing with other building work in the house the unit for few months was still in the box until we were ready to do the second fix, and this is when our plumber discovered that the unit was damaged. When I contacted the company to ask if they could help with replacement of the item or refund they refused. After more than seven calls in one day I have been told that it’s my problem and I have to pay again £350 if I need a replacement. Luckily enough I made payment by credit card which covers my purchases and I will be raising a claim with the bank to recover my money. £492 it’s a lot of money for damaged unit. My total order was over £2300. The company was happy to take my money, but when you have problem with their merchandise they don’t bother to assist you. For this reason, I wouldn’t not be using this company again in the future.

Regarding the vanity unit, this item was delivered and signed for over 4 months ago. We encourage all of our customers to check items before accepting and signing for them. Bought a RAK basin waste from the website which showed as in stock. However after a week or sowith no notification of dispatch, contacted them by email. After a couple of working days and no reply, called them. To their credit, they were easy to get hold of on the phone. The saga continued for weeks and promises to call and to email me back were never fulfilled. Again to their credit, they did post, first class, an item to me, but alas, this was the wrong part. After about a month, requested a refund by phone which they did straight away.

Despite more calls than I can mention part of my order, many weeks ago, was missing and had never arrived despite numerous assurances from the call centre staff that the original supplier would send them to me directly. Dreadful service !
