“Very poor customer service “none existent” Contact the company by email and phone call regarding my order, no reply. After six weeks of ordering screws, suddenly my order turned up and packaging still sealed as I had to re-purchase elsewhere. I do not recommend doing business with this company.”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID! Order placed. Parts supposedly being delivered from Germany. Wait over a month and nothing arrives. Spent a week, calling every day unable to speak to anyone. Eventually get through and parts are supposedly in warehouse and shipped immediately. Parts failed to arrive. Requested refund. Refund failed to arrive. Seriously, use a reputable company with acceptable customer service. Anyone other than Unbeatable Bathrooms!”

“I have been trying to arrange a collection of an item to be returned or around a month now. Phone calls and voicemails go unanswered, and when I finally do get through to speak to someone, the advise they will call the pallet company to arrange a collection and call me back - but I never get a call back, and the items don't get collected. Emails also go unanswered. Customer service has been extremely poor in relation to arranging a collection and refund.”

“I am awaiting a toilet seat almost a month from ordering. Don't reply to emails or messages. Very unhappy and I want a refund of £80 or will contact trading standards and card company.”

“Since confirming my order they've gone silent. I've emailed, phoned, contacted on the website and used the live chat...no responses. It's been over two months. I'm not sure they're a real company. Best avoided. I will need to go through my credit card company for the refund.”

“I have been waiting 9 days for news that my order has been shipped. Nothing. All attempts to contact them are ignored. Hopeless service and it’s difficult to believe that they have “technical difficulties “ with their phones and email all this while. I will never use this firm again.”

“Placed an order for bathroom accessories over a month ago but nothing has been delivered. I’ve enquired multiple times via different channels, but there’s been no response. I can only conclude that this company is a scam or they are completely incompetent. Whichever it is AVOID THEM!”
