Company took money and no goods arrived. No one answers phone or replies to emails. Clearly a fraud and I am reporting.

They are fine unless your product is faulty- then they do not follow the law and ignore your requests for a replacement, I have been sending repeated requests since 22 October. Their phone lines are permanently out of action, the chat doesn't get answered and nor do your emails. I would not use this company again. I will now be complaining to Trading Standards. Very, very poor and a complete rip off.

Absolutely hopeless to deal with, ordered something back in May 2023 and am still waiting, have left phone messages and emails constantly but they do not even have the curtesy to reply or phone back. Quick enough to take payment though. Unfortunately next step will have to be legal

I ordered a Thermostatic Mixer Shower which turned out to be too long, the wrong one but my fault. I contacted Unbeatable Bathrooms and arranged to return this. Since then I have tried to order the correct item. The returned item was delivered but even after emails and phone calls the £299.00 I had paid for the initial Shower item was not refunded / neither was I offered the correct Mixer shower. I have tried phoning numerous times but the phone just plays a pre recorded sorry everyone is busy. So I am left £299.00 out of pocket and no mixer shower.

No-show on order. Endless chasing hit and miss with replies. Promises but in the end after losing time and money I cancelled and ordered elsewhere. Then it turned up more work to now resolve

I order an item on 8 days ago and it has still not been delivered, managed to speak call them for update couple of days ago and I was told someone would call me back. Since then I have been calling them, tried to reach out on live chat but no answer or response. Very worried if I will recieved the item in time as it was advertised as 2-5 working days its been 8 days with no updates. I would not reccomend this company to anyone.

I have been waiting on 2 shower hoses at a cost of £258 from this company since July 2023. I have repeatedly tried to call them, email them and use live chat to get an update with no response. They have taken my money but seem to have disappeared off the planet. No other choice but to go legal now. My advice is to not use this company and once they have your money that is the last you will hear from them.

Orderd an item, Unbeatable Tiles took the money and stated delivery within 2-3 days, now its 8 days later and still nothing. I've tried getting in contact by phone, email and the online chat service and so far had no response. I wish i read the reviews first as they're spot on, none existent service, feels more like a con than a reputable business.

Ordered a sink back in April - still to this date (September 25th) have had no help or communication to be updated as to why we haven't received our goods? Left numerous voicemails - emails - online chats -- NOTHING!! DO NOT ORDER - I am hoping this prompts a email response ??

Took my order, took my money, waited 5 months, numerous voicemails, numerous email. No reply. Don't order from these guys if you ever want to see your money back or your goods delivered.

Ordered a item 2 weeks ago, and has not come yet, it said 2/3 working days but in my case 2/3 working weeks I assume. Also customer service, wasn’t that great as they took a while to get back to me and have not since contacted me back once I got a reply from them! Really annoyed but lesson learned. Unhappy customer….!!!

Chances. Pay your money and they say they'll let you know. Nothing. You chase up...all good etc etc. Chase up for a toilet again after 2 weeks. Yes, definitely coming today. Nope! This company does not actively communicate ( you have to chase them) and lies. End of. And I have b een a patient, civil customer. Enoug.

Ordered but never received. Emailed and rang them always an excuse. On it’s way will email me the tracking reference but never do. Three times now I have been told the order is on its way. They never ring you back when they say they will and most of the time don’t answer their phones. My order has still not arrived. Can’t even get hold of therm to get a refund.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I'm a tradesmen builder and been in this business for nearly 30. This company is by far the worse I had dealt with. Staff on the phone are very polite but it's just to cover this company's level of incompetence. They just keep on waiting and waiting on their promises to deliver, where they couldn't even know where the item they sold me was at. Full of empty words. I've paid £411,00 for a top of the range toilet for a high profile customer, that now just told me they will never use me again. As they don't have working toilet as promised. I am really angry with the way they simply took my money and did not deliver it. I will certainly take this further

Item in stock on website so ordered and paid. Then informed by email that product was discontinued and couldn't be supplied. However nearly £500 payment was still taken and not refunded for weeks despite reminder. Had to raise case with PayPal to get my money back. Appreciate things go wrong sometimes but no communication and me having to take further action to get what should have been an immediate refund means I won't use this company again.
