“Placed an order for bathroom accessories over a month ago but nothing has been delivered. I’ve enquired multiple times via different channels, but there’s been no response. I can only conclude that this company is a scam or they are completely incompetent. Whichever it is AVOID THEM!”

“I ordered a Hans Grohe plug on the 8th of January. I have emailed them numerous times to find out where my item is and had no reply. Ive tried calling and leaving messages but still no reply.”

“A disappointing experience, which delayed us completeing a client bathroom by two weeks. I ordered a shower screen on Thursday 15/02, with delivery expected early the following week. No update from UB received, so I chased by email on 21/02. No response to this email and numerous calls to the UB number went unsnswered. I chased again by email on 26/02, later that day I received an email response apologising and claiming that UB were short staffed. Delivery was promised for Wed/Thu that week. I had to chase again on Thu 29/02, as the screen had not arrived, and there was no tracking info on the UB website. Delivery was offered for Monday 04/03, and the screen did finally arrive in good condition.”

“I placed an order with a 2-5 day delivery time. It has not arrived, and as other reviews have said, they do not respond to emails or phone calls. I am concerned I have lost my money and want a refund now. Avoid!”

“Ordered a radiator at the beginning of January and still haven’t received it. No reply to emails, watts app or voice messages. No updates at all. The phone line says the staff are busy at whatever time of day you ring them. Ordered from somewhere else now”

“Absolute rubbish. I ordered and paid for a sink but after a month it hadn’t arrived and no updates. I chased them and they said they couldn’t get the sink and after raising an issue with PayPal it took another month to get a refund. They’re still advertising the sink I ordered which they don’t stock!! Beware!!”

“Cannot recommend. No service, no contact after placing order, no response to any means to contact them. Placed order for a part as appeared to be only UK supplier to have it without resorting to importing it. Following order I have had no further updates, they do not respond to Emails either through their site or using Email address and phones are not answered. Appears to be no way to actually enquire on your order or to get a refund if it is not available.”

“Total scam! Ordered a £202 shower screen two weeks ago, it hasn’t been dispatched. Tried to contact Unbeatable Bathrooms but they don’t answer the phone, respond to messages or reply to emails. I’ve had to open a claim thru my bank but it could apparently take months to get my money back. Really stressful and inconvenient.”

“They're super quick to provide a quote. BUT. Could never contact them. Joiner was fantastic however, left a paste footprint on the floor, didn't provide a non-slip shower base. Didn't finish all the small details. He was extremely frustrated due to wrong delivery of product and had to spend his own money. Don't worry about the guarantee - there isn't one. Still haven't heard back from them!!”
