“I tried two other bathroom firms before unbeatable bathrooms for a special bath that we wanted and in the end i had to ask for a refund because they kept me waiting months. So i decided to try Unbeatable Bathrooms and after two/three weeks i had my bath ! They sent me regular emails so that i knew they hadnt forgotten about me. We can recommend them highly.”

“In all but one respect i had great service. Unfortunately, my shower got delivered to the wrong address, I did change the address after the order was placed and was reassured that would be fine but it still turned up at the original address. That said, I would use them again due to competitive pricing and responsiveness of the staff.”

“Sink arrived without overflow parts. In description it was no comments wath require additional parts.”

“Lovely basin arrived on time and well packaged. Full marks by the way on your ‘green’ packaging. Much appreciated. Other ceramics bought elsewhere were packaged in terrible expanded polystyrene or even completely encased in expanded foam which is an environmental disaster. Yours is pretty much 100% recyclable, nice one. Will use again.”

“I ordered my shower tray on the 7th March and still have not received it to this date - I had an apology and a promised delivery date of a week ago but still no shower tray - tried sending more questions as to where is my shower tray and still as no response - really disappointed and I can not afford to lose that type of money.”
