“Really happy with this item. Exactly as described and fast delivery, though it had come out of its box and was loose in the bag. The screw holes can be rotated to be alligned vertically or horizontally which was very helpful in this situation.”

“Ordered but never received. Emailed and rang them always an excuse. On it’s way will email me the tracking reference but never do. Three times now I have been told the order is on its way. They never ring you back when they say they will and most of the time don’t answer their phones. My order has still not arrived. Can’t even get hold of therm to get a refund.”

“DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I'm a tradesmen builder and been in this business for nearly 30. This company is by far the worse I had dealt with. Staff on the phone are very polite but it's just to cover this company's level of incompetence. They just keep on waiting and waiting on their promises to deliver, where they couldn't even know where the item they sold me was at. Full of empty words. I've paid £411,00 for a top of the range toilet for a high profile customer, that now just told me they will never use me again. As they don't have working toilet as promised. I am really angry with the way they simply took my money and did not deliver it. I will certainly take this further”

In most cases, delivery is made within 5 working days but unforeseen circumstances may extend this timeframe. “Unbeatable Bathrooms were extremely helpful at a time when replacement units for our Refurbished Bathroom were taking too long to arrive due to supply issues elsewhere. Adam and his Team ensured that our 3 ordered items came as promised even sending one delayed item by special delivery to minimise delays. Our Builder still has to fit the Shower Enclosure this week but so far everything looks intact and good. Would not hesitate to recommend this company who go the extra mile!”
