“Item in stock on website so ordered and paid. Then informed by email that product was discontinued and couldn't be supplied. However nearly £500 payment was still taken and not refunded for weeks despite reminder. Had to raise case with PayPal to get my money back. Appreciate things go wrong sometimes but no communication and me having to take further action to get what should have been an immediate refund means I won't use this company again.”

“Very good customer service and fast dispatch. The only reason for not giving 5* is because I was able to order and one product was out of stock (I think this should’ve said before I purchased) but they were extremely helpful in suggesting alternatives and were very quick at replying to me. I would recommend and buy from them again”

“The item I bought was supposed to be for 1 - 2 days delivery time but turned out not to be available for several weeks so I had to cancel the order. I must say though that they arranged a refund quickly and were easy to deal with. I can’t give them a good review as I never saw the product”

“My sink arrived smashed to pieces which was obviously very disappointing. No more in stock so had a refund. I thought that the customer care team were excellent and refund given straight away”

“I ordered the item two weeks ago and it still hasn't been dispatched. I've had no communication from the company. When I sent a follow up email asking for an update there was no response.”
