“A bit of mess really. I recognise how Adam, Jack and the team try hard but there was definitely a real issue with their relationships with their suppliers. This meant we had a rather disappointing experience, late notice delays and a number of missed delivery dates. It was frustrating that my patience was pushed to its limits. They were given opportunities to make things better but they didn't really follow through with those. Based on this experience, and in comparison to other suppliers used at the same time, I wouldn't use them again unfortunately.”

“Bought a RAK basin waste from the website which showed as in stock. However after a week or sowith no notification of dispatch, contacted them by email. After a couple of working days and no reply, called them. To their credit, they were easy to get hold of on the phone. The saga continued for weeks and promises to call and to email me back were never fulfilled. Again to their credit, they did post, first class, an item to me, but alas, this was the wrong part. After about a month, requested a refund by phone which they did straight away.”

“I called the bathroom company to check if I ordered the item on the Monday it would come by the Friday. I was promised it would but unfortunately after much chasing the item arrived the following Monday which meant I had to postpone the plumber. The item was in perfect condition which at least was better than the previous bathroom company where it arrived damaged. Overall I'm pleased with the product and the fact I could order only the part I needed and not the whole toilet. Earlier feedback on delivery would be good.”

“Delivery was a little slow and one item (a toilet pan) had a cosmetic manufacturing defect. However they replaced the pan very quickly. Would definitely use them again.”
